2nd cycle, crituque...

i will be running a moderate dosed six week cutter. Here are the details

weeks 1-6
test prop- 100mg/eod
winny- 50mg/ed
adipo-5on2off
armidex-.25mg throughout
clomid +armidex afterwards
800 mg ala ed as well

diet will be around 2600 cals- 400g pro, 150 carbs, 50g fat

training will be strength based for football: mon+thurs are explosive lifts and speed work and tues+fri are power/strength lifts and agility work. Pylos and med ball work are also done twice per week. on wed sat and sun i do 100 yard sprints for endurnace purposes.

From this cycle I would like to strip some body fat and also gain speed to take my 40 down from a 4.88. right now i am 5'11 216 and 15% bodyfat. Critque and comments welcome!
 
4.88 Lets set higher expectations thatn that:) 4.6 will do. Everything looks good bro. What lifts do you guys do?
 
some of the lifts we do are as follows:

cleans, snatches, high pulls, jerks. push presses, kettleball snatches, goodmornings, glute hams, reverse hyper, squats, front squats , one leg squats, bench, incline, shoulder press, face pull, barbell row, chins, dips , close grip. weighted sit ups, side bends, hanging leg raises, twists

Im at 4.88 right now beezers and yes i will work my ass of to drop that forty time. YOu think a 4.6 is in reach?
