2nd cycle critique

This will be my second cycle and I have done searches on the board to gather more info., but would appreciate a critique from you guys that know more than I to see what you all think.


week 1 deca 200mg./ sus. 250mg
week 2 deca 300mg./ sus. 250mg
week 3-6 deca 300mg./ sus. 500mg

week 7-12 deca 300mg./ winny 50mg. eod / anavar 25mg ed

week 9 clomid 300mg first day (3 weeks after deca/sus)
100mg day 2-11
50 mg day 12-21

I was a little uncertain as to when the clomid should be started, but figured that it should be started 3 weeks after the last deca/sus inject. and during the winny/anavar. Hoping that gyno will not be an issue for this cycle as I have never used test before, not sure how I will react to it. Should the clomid be started 3 weeks after the winny/anavar instead? Any suggestions or improvements are greatly appreciated!

Just run the same dose the whole way through. Test at 500 and deca at 300-400. IMO you should save the winnie and anavar for a cutting cycle.

I would change the test to front load or keep the same throughout the cycle.
Front loading at 500-750 for 3 weeks the dropping to your preference.
Or keep it at 500 throught out
the same with Deca.

dont taper up and down, either run the same dose throughout or, front load

Deca 400 mgs per week for up to 8 weeks MINIMUM
Test 500 mgs per week for up to 8 weeks MINIMUM.
Winny 50 mg ED last 4 weeks of cycle (along with deca and test). (I would keep this in to harded you up and help with possible sides from deca's progesterone)


If your REALLY want to use the Anavar, then start taking that after your last shot of Deca and use it for 3 weeks. Then a few days after last Anavar, take the Clomid.


If you don't have enough to do this cycle....don't DO IT! WAIT UNTIL YOU GET MORE GEAR!

DON't Changesmgs/ week! Better do some reading...you should have known this already my friend...not trying to flame you. At some point, you will understand what I am taling about.
