2nd cycle critique please...

Ok, after a lot of research I've come up with a plan for my second cycle and wanted some feedback from you knowledgeable bros.

Stats:
- 32 yrs old
- lifting for 7 years(not always for size)
- 5'8" 167lbs approx 10-12%BF
- one dbol only cycle about 5yrs ago
- one sust/dbol cycle earlier this year

upcoming cycle to consist of the following:

- Proline test enan 250mg E4D (11wks)
- Proline EQ 200mg E4D (11wks)
- HCG midcycle & post cycle
- clomid post cycle
- Avena/Maca post cycle
- shooting for 250g-300g protein
- carbs...as much as I can eat
- glucosamine for joints
- gplenish (glutamine peptide)
- flax
- multi vitamin
- creatine

my training split will be as follows:

DAY 1 - chest/bi/forearms
DAY 2 - legs/abs
DAY 3 - shoulders/tris
DAY 4 - back/traps
DAY 5 - OFF
REPEAT

My goals:

With this cycle I'd like to get to 185lbs and remain at 180lbs when all is said and done. After this cycle and proper recovery, I'm planning on a primo cycle stacked with ? and basically cutting to be around 185-190lbs with 8-9% body fat.

Some extra explanation as to why I'm still at 167lbs after 7 years of lifting...

The first two years of lifting I went from 130-150 naturally. Then I took a couple years of just going to the gym to maintain, not really to grow. Also, it's hard to gain size when you play basketball 3-4 times a week, plus surf, plus dirtbike, etc.. it was on and off because I was working and going to school. So about two years ago I started getting a bit more serious. In the past year and a half, I've been not only lifting like a mofo, but educating myself as well. I've learned a lot about proper dieting and believe me, there's no shortage of dedication on my end. I've cut way back on my cardio, almost to none and focused on bodybuilding. In the past year I went from 150-163 naturally. When I did my first cycle, I hurt my shoulder in week 2 and basically worked through the pain for most, if not all of my cycle. I did hit as high as 180lbs and then did my post cycle with clomid and was holding at about 174lbs, so 10 good pounds from an injured cycle wasn't that bad. What screwed me is dirtbiking. I missed a landing on a 40ft double by jumping more like 60 feet. Well I compressed my spine and couldn't lift, or do a damn thing for a month. dropped to 160lbs. since then I've gotten back to about 90% and gained back to 167lbs.

Sorry for the long post, I just didn't want to leave out any details. Thank you in advance for your responses and time.

all that writing and I forgot two details...
I've got liquidex and nolvadex on hand if the need for them should arise.

ahh cmon guys, I spent a lot of time writing this crap out so I could get some feedback. I'll even take some flaming if you got it.

:) RADAR

yeah, I'm staying off the tracks and keeping my wheels on the ground from now on. Also not going to play any more hoops, I'm always getting hurt that way too.
thanks radar

look great

that is one of the best splits in existance

DAY 1 - chest/bi/forearms
DAY 2 - legs/abs
DAY 3 - shoulders/tris
DAY 4 - back/traps
DAY 5 - OFF
REPEAT

I like some more days off my self and personally I add cardio a coupe of times as well
but man that looks good

GOOD LUCK!

thanks Omega, believe it or not it took me a while to come up with it. I was waking up in the middle of the night to go write details down. I like it for a couple of reasons, although most notably the fact that it's almost perfect for rest between body parts. I'll definitely squeeze in some cardio in the form of surfing, mountain biking and maybe some running on the beach. I'm going to keep it to a minimum though. I've proven to myself that I can endure 2-3 hours of just about any cardio activity. Again, thanks, I feel better about that split after getting some confirmation from an experienced bro like yourself. Oh and I can't wait to get that Gplenish, should be here any day.

6 days a week of training? I won't critize you, you know what works better for yourself.

revex,
I may be wrong, but I think 4 on 1off is about 5 days/wk. I figured in 15 days, I would have three days off. anyway, besides that, I am realistic. I will listen to my body and if I need to throw in rest days here and there, i will do so. It's just a guidline for me to go off of.

man, I hear ya on the dirtbiking thing... my cuz was riding in the Canadian Motocross Nat'l Finals, did the same thing but hit the second mound with his feet after getting thrown off the bike. We all thought he had buried himself in the dirt, but when the medics got there they had to fold his legs forward from behind his back (and I'm not talking a bend at the knees). His parents bought a hospital bed for their house, since he needed about 8 months of rigorous physiotherapy to get back to walking unassisted... brutal.

Cycle looks good, and if it's coming from where I think it is, should be good gear too.

Keep us all posted!

Oh shit Doc, sounds like your cousin did a lot worst than i did. fucked up thing is that same day I got to the track, did one lap and some other guy ate it before me on the woops and they had to land a helicopter to get him out of there. took about an hour before we could get back on the track. So I get going and on my second lap I had my trash talking friend on my ass coming out of a turn and I wasn't about to let him beat me so i nailed it and just launched. I decided that day I'm done with tracks. I'll stay out in the desert and just keep my tires closer to the ground.
I'm actually ready to start my cycle today, but I want to heal my back a bit more. I'm only able to deadlift about 225 comfortably. Another week or two and I'm all over it.
thanks again to everyone for your responses by the way. You got my blood pumping.
