2nd Cycle Advice

Hi

I am just finishing up my first cycle which was a var cutter.

I am now at 200lbs and 11% bodyfat. I intend to keep cutting (diet) through PCT and until early November, at which point I intend to do my second cycle which will be a clean bulker. So I am after advice on what to do for this.

My original plan was:
1-4 DBol 30mg/day
1-8 Test Enanthate 500mg/week
PCT will be Clomid (300/100/50) with nolva on-hand.

I was planning on putting calories at around 3500-4000 (I am taking in 2500 now while cutting) and gradually increasing them through the cycle up until I start to get too bloated. They will be totally clean.

However, I retain water really badly and bloat out fast, so am considering running either Femara or Arimidex through the 8 weeks. Is this generally recommended with dbol, or would it eliminate the gains the dbol would give me? Would I be better off with a different oral instead of dbol? Or should I just live with the bloat?

I am keen to stay as dry as possible during this cycle. I want all my gains to be real gains and not water weight. Is this a good idea or is it counter-productive?

I'm confused!....for your 1st cycle you ran a cutter cycle and for your second, you want to bulk....Why? Shouldn't this be the other way around? Plus dbol is going to swell you regardless being that dbol is faster acting then arimidex and femera (especially if you are sensitive to bloat just not as much after about 8 days or so), so no matter what you take, look for that one.

I was 20%+ bodyfat so wanted to cut first. I got down to around 14-15% with diet alone, then ran the var which helped get me to 11%. I didn't even want to think about bulking at 20% bodyfat. In fact I hope to get down to around 8% before I start the bulk cycle in November.

I am a very easy gainer both in terms of muscle and fat. I gain just by looking at food and thinking about lifting a weight. That has never been an issue for me, but I have always spent most of my time cutting because fat loss is harder. This is why I concentrated on getting lean first. Then I'll be looking at gaining quality mass (hopefully being leaner will mean I'll gain less fat with it).
 
If you are a true easy gainer and want to decrease your fat even more while building a more solid muscular frame, stick with milder gear...leave dbol, drol and even deca alone....test(lower dosages), var, winny, primo, eq, maybe even tren(though pretty powerful stuff)....are all good choices when creating stacks for lean mass building! Though many will say deca is great and just take bromo to eliminate bloat...bullshit...if a person is really sensitive to bloat, he's best to stay away from those that cause the most bloat even when combined with ancillarys!

i like the cycle as it is..start with adex .25mg eod and increase if needed based on water retention..personally you can eliminte virtually all the water if youre using good adex..i only use HG i just dont trust the liquids although many have used with no problems!!

Thanks - that sounds good, I will run with that. So you do think it's worth running adex with the dbol and you don't think the adex will prevent much of the dbol mass gains?

no like i said start out slow with the adex only bump it up if you need to but with your doses i dont see you needing more although everyone is different
