2nd Cycle Advice

So I just finished my first cycle and am currently running the PCT that was recommended here (in my first post).

After my PCT I plan on doing another cycle and want to shoot for more gains.

I first ran 375mg of Sust by pinning 1.5ml once a week.

With my second cycle I am thinking of two different things:

1) run another cycle of just Sust250 or Test-C at 400mg pinning twice a week along with Win later

2) running a mix of Tren-A and Test-C pinning 2-3 times a week. If I do this I was planning on 300mg of test and 100mg of Tren a week and then add Win

What would you suggest?

Also, I was wondering if I could just pin the test and Tren together twice a week or would that not be often enough for the Tren?

I also have 2 bottles of HCG powder that I can run during and post cycle along with the PCT I am now doing (unleashed/post-cycle, HCGenerate, clomid).
 
My last cycle brought me back up to my usual weight, but I gained a lot of strength. I gained 12 lbs total and only 2 were from fat.

My next goal I want to be able to add lean muscle, but I want to be able to do so without gaining a gut.

Before I started my cycle my abs were visible...after the cycle and trying to eat 3,500+ cal a day they're kind of hidden now.

So I want to push myself harder one this next cycle and go for more gains and leaner ones.

26 years old, 5' 11", 176 lbs, 11.2% BF (tested about a month ago), been active all my life, been seriously lifting for 4 years.

I liked the increased strength from running the sust, but now that I have more information and understand more about all of this I want to push it a little further. I had a friend pushing me to do D-Bol and Tren together then Win and HCG, but the way he cycles is AWFUL so looked for additional advice.

Another friend of mine recommended just Test but said if I do Test and Tren to just be careful. He recommended Tren and Test 3x a week @ 25mg for Tren and 100mg for test.

That brought me here as I was looking up what other people on here are cycling and how they've done Tren and Tren with test

How you look starts in the kitchen, you can gain and have abs if you will just watch what you eat,focus on Veggies that are high in protein.

Heres an example

Beans--The older, larger, and more mature a bean gets the more protein it carries. Mature roasted soybeans have the most providing 39.6 grams of protein per 100 gram serving, or 68 grams per cup. They are followed by mature Lupin beans which provide 15.6 grams per 100 gram serving. That is 25.8 grams per cup.


Roasted Pumpkin, Squash, and Watermelon Seeds
A popular food in the Middle East and East Asia pumpkin and squash seeds provide 33 grams of protein per 100g serving, that is 74.8 grams per cup and 9.2 grams per ounce. Watermelon seeds provide slightly less at 28 grams of protein per 100 gram serving. If you can't find these seeds in your local supermarket you will surely find them in Middle Eastern or East Asian specialty stores. Alternatively, you can also save any pumpkin, squash, and watermelon seeds you have and roast them in your oven. The seeds are typically consumed by cracking the outer shell and eating the seed inside.


Yeast extract spreads are popular and A good vegan source of vitamin b12, the spread also packs a lot of protein. One hundred grams provides 27.8 grams of protein, that is 1.7 grams per teaspoon.


Almonds, Lentils, pulses, and peanuts (a legume) are a great vegan source of protein. Peanuts provide the most protein with 23.7 grams per 100 gram serving or 6.6 grams per ounce, 0.2 grams per peanut. Lentils provide the most protein when consumed raw at 25.8 grams per 100 gram serving, and 9 grams per 100g serving cooked (17.9 grams of protein per cup).


Also don't forget Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds,Cocoa Powder ,Sesame Seeds and pecans all have an abundent of protein.
 
I don't really think that tren is what you want right now... you would be good with a test prop and winstrol cycle or getting your body fat down a bit more and running test, mast and anavar...

I was initially looking at Tren because I wanted something that I would see greater results from, and from what I've read Tren is definitely a good route to go. But, I've also read that its usually not something guys will usually do on their first few cycles.

I will definitely look into your recommendation.

How would you recommend stacking it as far as dosage and weeks?

I was doing 1.5ml (375mg once a week) of sust 250. I have been reading that it would be better to do 150-250mg twice a week instead.

Also, you recommended Test P instead of Test C...would the P work better with the stack you recommended?

@ RADR...thank you for the tips. I definitely plan on sticking to a more structured diet this time around. I wasn't eating poorly last time, but it wasn't "planned out" you could say. Just a lot of protein and calories, moderate carbs, and a little low on fat. I'm going to pull some diets from this site and integrate some of the things you mentioned.
 
I would run a 12 week cycle of test c or e with an oral kicker and winny finisher. Since you want lean gains then tbol is good or you can go with a ph like katana v3 or epi. I would hold off on tren till later.

It hurts like a mofo especially for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience? How was the Sust pain for you? Anavar is a pretty mild oral which you should think about.

But when are you planning on starting this cycle? You said you plan on starting it soon and your still in PCT?

I plan on starting everything a few months after my PCT. I'm almost done with it now. Maybe a week left.

After reading stuff on this site I decided to try it again. I did the full cycle (one I mentioned) without any problems. Pain wasn't bad at all...think I hit one vein the entire time, and all pins were smooth.

I am definitely contemplating the Test, Mast, and Anavar cycle that was mentioned here. Especially after reading how mild the Anavar is for an oral.

How should I stack it all though? And I've read up on Winni tabs. Heard mixed things.

just remember time on plus PCT = Time off.

You can run it like this

Test Eth or cyp 500mg for 12 weeks
Mast Prop 3 days a wk 400mg for 10 weeks
Polish up the cycle with Anavar the last 6-12 weeks at 60mgs a day
Masteron has AI properties so no AI is needed.

That's great info...I was unaware I should do cycle+pct = time off. So I guess it will be a few more months before I start. Will give me time to ensure I have everything before I start this time (valuable lesson).

My workout routine is Mon - Fri, so I was planning on pinning M-W-F for the Mast. Would that work? If so, can I pin it mixed with the Test and what two days should I do that on, if so?

Meaning, Mon - Pin 250mg of Test w/ 130mg of Mast, Wed - Pin 250mg Test w/ 130mg of Mast, Fri - Pin 130mg of Mast

Yes you can pin the mast & test together, shoot mon mast/test, Wed Mast, Fri Mast/test this will make more stable blood levels.

Awesome...sounds like a plan. I will start getting it all together.

Which reminds me, will my same PCT work? I'm doing HCGenerate, post-cycle/unleashed, and Clomid 25/25/25/25. If I should keep this would it still be about 18 days after?

Also have 8 weeks worth of HCG. Should I run this too?

So you would recommend running this as an 8 week cycle vs a 12 week?

Dylan laid it out PERFECT... 8 weeks is good for Test Prop, 12 is too much IMO. Also, with a short sweet cycle like this recovery will be much easier.
