My first cycle went 500 mg of sust for ten weeks and winny eod for weeks ten through 14. I went from 193 to 220 at my peak back down to 210. I am 5'9 and about 13% BF. I want to get to at least 230 this cycle at about 9%. I am only gonna take a month off and then start this. Would this suffice?
Sust 250 3 times a week for ten weeks
Deca norma 400 mg a week for ten weeks
anavar 35mg a day for weeks 1-5
converted fina eod for weeks 9-12
Let me know what you guys think, and should i take more time off in between or not. I was thinkin hitting my clomid and right after that just start right back up.
