do a search for one of macro's old posts... 3cc's in the quad is fine... i do it all the time... if you find that old post, i think he says that old russian olympians used to do 5 or 10cc's in the glutes. youre 100% fine with what you did... LOL, try 3 cc's of the old lot TT cyps in your quad... you wouldnt be able to walk.. well, at least i wasnt.
