28 yrs old, next level?

I have been lifting on and off for the past 10 yrs and I have found that my genetics simply won't allow me to achieve a solid 175 frame w/ out stuffing my face all day long! to be honest I just don't have the time or schedule to do it. I don't care for the bulky look and because of a recent ACL replacement it's out of the question to achieve. I am always eating healthy and working out. I am usually 165 and when I cut I can make it to a ripped 155, but I want to hit the next level...175 solid!

I am almost to the point in my recovery from the ACL that I can give it my all with strict attention to squats and dead lifts and I am thinking of a stack of Primobolan and Winny. After much research I decided on this stack because of the lack of side affects and the fact that I can't blow up to fast in fear of being outed(I wear camo as a daily outfit and I don't live in Georgia!).

My main question is with proper everything(diet, sleep, etc.) and intense training and dedication will it be possible to put on about 10lbs of lean muscle with this stack? Would anyone recommend anything else added to the stack?

u need 2 stuff your face all day long (with good clean food) to achieve 175 lbs! how tall r u?

if u dont take in an excess amount of calories u wont grow. sure aas will help to achieve that but once u come off it may be very likely that u will lose all those gains bc u cant eat enuf to maintain them.

i do like the primo/winny stack but u will want to run some test with that. i suggest test/p which will fit in nicely with the other two. u wont need a kickstart and u can run a shorter cycle. what doses were u thinking for the primo/winny? how long? pct plans?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND U GET USED TO EATING FIRST AND GET THAT DIET IN ORDER BEFORE JUMPING INTO A CYCLE. You may find that u will easily get to your goal without the need of these compounds.

This is good advice. 175 lbs is not that much if you are taller than 5'7". Just eT MORE SRRIOUSLY. If you can't weigh mor than 165 without "STUFFING YOUR FACE" it means you are not really stuffing your face. I am a tall skinny eco with high metabolism and I don't consider myself to "stuff my face" and I am gaining good weight naturally right now. My weight is increasing steadily even after a cycle, with the same amount of calories as before. It may be 4000 or more a day, but that's what it takes for me.

Start counting calories and protein intake daily. get 250 grams a day with training and you will see good results. And do some deadlifts, it has changed my life in BB. great results.

I am 5'8" and I eat healthy but I find it extremely hard to eat enough. I have hit 189lbs before but w/ no kids, all the time in the world, and a very poor high calorie diet(before I learned to eat right). As far as the cycle:

week1: primo/week 200 winny/day 15
week2: 200 20
week3: 300 25
week4: 400 30
week5: 300 25
week6: 200 20
week7: 200 15

I didn't want to run test because of the side effects and then i would need PCT right? This will be my first and I was looking for a simple yet decently effect cycle.
 
eating is the MOST important factor in gaining muscle bro. It can be tough at times to get in the neccessary cals and stuff but you gota figure out a way if you want to grow. Where there's a will there's a way bro.

Winny should be 50mg ed. Primo should be 300-400mg ew.

I didn't want to run test because of the side effects and then i would need PCT right? If u run a low dose of test sides should be minimal. You WILL NEED to do PCT in any case test or no test. Any exogenous aas introduced into your system will shut down your natural production of test. You need to restart this or your cycle will have been for nothing. Your libido will drop without the test as well as a sense of general well being. 75mg eod of test/p should suffice.

This will be my first and I was looking for a simple yet decently effect cycle.
I agree that your 1st cycle should be simple but effective. How about you try test/p only for 6-8 weeks? This will be a whole lot less complicated and less expensive. You will need to have an AI on hand such as adex and nolva for pct.

A good cycle will help but as stated above, food is what you need.

In my younger days I would finnish a cycle just to loose most of it. It took me awhile but the old saying is true. Diet is everthing!!!

If you dont eat, you will not grow.

If you wear cammo for a daily outfit then abuse that fuckin cow hall!!! There is plenty of good shit in there, chicken, steak, fish, rice, potatoes, bread. If that isnt enough then get some of those ready to drink shakes and pound down a couple of those in between meals. Muscle milk makes some high calorie types.
175 isnt a riddiculus goal natural, eat like a champ.
And you should always take test with winny or primo, or both. It doesnt have to be massive dose, maybe 250 a week of enanthate or cyp.

I agree with 8and20 on this im on 100mgs of prop eod and i am loving it but you need to have your diet in check or any gains you get will be for wasted time as they will fall off when you cycle is over with.

Thanks for all the good advice from everyone. It seems as though I just need to eat like a horse. I've always trained like a maniac but it's hard to force myself to eat a ton of food. I will give it my all and if I'm not satisfied w/ the results in about 6 months then I'll reconsider hitting the gear. I'm pretty damn strong for my size it's just that I'm tired of being the small guy, although it's great being underestimated all the time!
