25mg D-bol

so i should take a larger dose..sorry for my english. not so good in english. my weight is about 74kg. how many kilos will i gett on me for these 3 weeks in 25mg/day?
 
25/day was all I used on my last cycle it was my first time with dbol. Results were good, would have probably been better if I upped it a bit.

yes i will take it alone..because it just in 3 week. and i take a gainer pro with 24% protein and 67% kolhydrat

You will have 2 take the gainer pro 6 times a day excluding 4 meals

Dbol for a first cycle is a bad idea.You will loose everything you gain and it's very liver toxic.
Try to get some test and do that as a first cycle....Along with a good PCT you will be very happy.
 
I missed that you were plasnning to run simply dbol, I know you're gonna do what your gonna do but I think that is a bad idea. Use it to jumpstart a cycle but run test with it or at least deca, EQ something
 
3 weeks is not long enough. 25mg is a good starting dose. Most of us use dbol as a kick start to a cycle for the first 4-5 weeks, it's part of a longer cycle.

I don't agree with oral only cycles, but I would suggest you extend your cycle to 5-6 weeks.
 
oki thanks for the information..i will test it in 3 weeks now..if it work well..so i will countinue with it to 5 week.
 
Yes if you are set to do the oral only thing anyway you need to do it training or not. spread out over 3-4 doses a day to keep the levels close to even in your blood.
 
25 for the first couple of weeks is fine, but most people respond differently to it. You notice some gain in wieght and strength, but after a couple of weeks I would up it to 40 ed, training or not. Atleast run 5 ot 6 weeks. Your side effects(even though bol is a mild androgenic) will be minimal. Unless you are very prone(1 out of 20) for gyno, which I highly doubt. Train very hard and smart. Same for eating/diet. If you are a newbie, just ask a veteran in the gym to give you some pointers on training. They may look big and mean, but most guys are more than willing to help out a newbie. They are all were newbies at one time. Most love to share thier knowledge and experience also.
