Hey guys, this isn't just for myself, but mere for the education of others that are looking for a fairly simply cutting stack with LOW DOSE TEST of any kind really and a theremogenic i.e Clen or Perhaps and ECA stack.
So here's logic, rather than a Scientific perspective!
*Keeping in mind one has a dialled in 500cal below maintenance diet, even lower perhaps, also with the sufficient amount of macros etc. and is working out regularly, this also includes the hypothetical scenario that they have PCT all sorted*
So if one runs 250mg of Test, at this dose this would suffice to preserve muscle at a calorie defecit, this will also include CLEN/ECA Stack, therefore we can come to the conclusion that a person running a HARSH diet such as a KETOGENIC diet would be able to preserve muscle as well as shred fat pretty fast?
Was thinking of doing this the next time I do a cutting cycle, what you guys think? =D
