250mg Test + Clen/ECA Thread!

Hey guys, this isn't just for myself, but mere for the education of others that are looking for a fairly simply cutting stack with LOW DOSE TEST of any kind really and a theremogenic i.e Clen or Perhaps and ECA stack.

So here's logic, rather than a Scientific perspective!

*Keeping in mind one has a dialled in 500cal below maintenance diet, even lower perhaps, also with the sufficient amount of macros etc. and is working out regularly, this also includes the hypothetical scenario that they have PCT all sorted*

So if one runs 250mg of Test, at this dose this would suffice to preserve muscle at a calorie defecit, this will also include CLEN/ECA Stack, therefore we can come to the conclusion that a person running a HARSH diet such as a KETOGENIC diet would be able to preserve muscle as well as shred fat pretty fast?

Was thinking of doing this the next time I do a cutting cycle, what you guys think? =D :artist:

p.S I've seen a few of your post and i respect your point of views considering your experience and knowledge, do you think that this would work well as a cutter? whilst maintaiing muscle?

Hey bro... Im laughing at myself for writing such a short post and the content... LOLL that probably wasn't very helpful!

The problem is that clen is dangerous... I am truly scared of the adverse effects it has on the heart... It also drains your energy... kills your cardio and makes you feel like absolute shit... Trust me bro, there's much better ways to cut than to use clen...

If your wanting to run a test cycle, i would recommend that you run anavar or winnie on the back end and maybe even run sarms s4 during the cycle as well... albuterol is a much better option than clen... its not as strong but it will still burn fat and it will enhance your cardio as well... its a much better option... gw 501516 is also another good option... I know clen is strong but its not safe bro and I would much rather have you be safe...
 
yeah trueee better safe then sorry, oh and nah nah your first post answered all my questions haha! so i would be alright to run such a low dose of test in order to preserve muscle whilst on a HARSH diet??

how harsh are we talking here? how much weight are you trying to lose?
 
Well like 1500 - 2000 cals (2500 being maintanence) high proteins, well im currently on test e (bulking) week 6 at 209lbs, started at 187lbs, clean bulk, but sitting at perhaps 19% bf? wanted to go to about 10% when i cut (time on = time off + blood works) what you rekon i need to go down to? if i finish off at 220 lbs?

your body fat is pretty high bro... are you running this for 12 weeks?

i can't say what your weight needs to be to drop body fat... i've gained weight and dropped body fat so the number doesn't matter...

what i would do is run a bridge of sarms after your pct and i can set it up as a cutter for you to try to maintain as much muscle and drop body fat at the same time... that would be your best option... you want to try to hold on to the muscle you are gaining but drop the body fat... this is doable but your diet and training needs to be spot on... i'll set you up with the proper stack but the rest is up to you...

Thanks heaps! that would be great ! :) how long you rekon i should bridge for untill i hit the next cycle? im pretty good at dieting iv dropped from 90 kgs - 63kgs all natural,m just diet and cardio, tho lost too much musclE!

time on = time off so total time on cycle will be required as time off... you can run sarms 8-12 weeks... shoot me a pm and i'll set you up a sweet bridge... remind me in the pm that you are wanting a cutter bridge...
