I would love to see pictures of all these guys that say that your idea of 250mg of sust and 100mg of deca aweek are not enough. If this is really your first cycle, you should be fine. Ideally, I would recommend that you take at least 200mg of Deca a week, with your Sust. Don't pay attention to these other fools. What you have will be plenty for the first time around to break you in.

smart ass tell us how 100 mg will give you any results ?

i agree with mikey. fuck low dosages. i tried 250sus/400eq a week 2 months ago, and although i gained, it sure wasnt staggering. im hoping to start a fina/test en. cycle by the end of october. cant beat fina at $38 a cycle
