250 ml Test EW for 10 weeks. PCT?

For runing a 10 week cycle(dont have the test to make it an even 12) of Test at 250ml ew what should my PCT look like?
I was thinking of running nolvadex and the TRS from PP.
What dosage of nolvadex should I be running at for how long?

Yeah - I think you meant 250mg Test per week - your test is probably dosed at 250mg/ml - meaning for each ml you pull you get 250mg of test.

Make sure you also use HCG @ 250ius 2 times per week to keep your balls BIG. You want to start using HCG 3 weeks into your cycle. This will allow you to produce more natty test during PCT when the Nolva starts stimulating you to make it. Shrunken balls can not produce as much .

nolva 40mg ed ,wk 1
40mg ed ,wk 2
20mg ed ,wk 3
20mg ed ,wk 4
