250 mgs of sust a week ... is that enough?

Two of my boys are taking sust and para. They have a good enough amout of para so they don't want to go to heavy with the sust.


1. Is one 250mg amp every 7 days OK, or should they go every 5 days?

2. They each have 10 amps so what do you guys think the best way to take them would be?

I would say it depends on what they have done in the past. If they are rookies this combination would be effective at only 250mg/wk. If they have done a cycle or two before I would up the Sus to at least 2 or 3 times a week. Tell them good luck!

Yeah they are both first time users. Plus there taking para pellets. I think they will get good results but I really wanna know if every 7 days is the way to go?

i would do 500/mg a week a and take 3 times weekly

That plenty, and thats what I used on my first cycle, packe on 25 lbs of beef and kept most of it. adn I was 230 to begin with.
