Depends on a lot of things....500 mg ETD is a good way to go in general...or even a front load.

I think fast esters and short cycles are the best way to go in general.


I dont know what Swole was on, but the blend in Sus makes for a fairly long off ramp which lengthens the total time "on" etc.

yeah, EQ and anavar I think.

still though, 99% of the gains came from Sust., I would bet like 5 bucks on that.
