So .25mg E3D is a waste? I was worried about eliminating too much estrogen. I'm not taking a high dose of Test either.

Saying it's a waste would be going too far; but from experience, I can tell you .25mgs E3D is not going to do much. If you are worried about 'eliminating' too much estrogen, try .25mgs ED instead of E3D. The dosage is low, but still effective.
