Someone said they could get me 100 25mg D-bol for $150. Does this sound fishy to anyone? The price seemd low to me for 25 mg... also do you think this is a sighn of a scammer?

Loffler makes the 25mg Dbol tabs. They are cheap, so the price isn't concern for a scammer. HOWEVER, since noone here knows who the guy your dealing with is(and Im not asking to know either), I doubt anyone here is gonna tell you to go ahead & order. Im just telling you that they DO make the 25mg tabs is all. Good Luck
