I eat simple and have been cycling carbs....
I eat 7 times per day 5 carb meals
the next meal will be 4""""""""
then 3 carb meals down to carbs ,,,then up again to 5 carbs....but when decreasing the carbs you need to increase the protein...on a no carb day , you need to eat protein in my case 50 gms every hr....the only foods I eat are protein shakes, eggs,meat, oatmeal and yams..very little fish and no fruit precontest..in that pic Im 166...
