Since you don't have much, I would wait as much as 3 weeks before starting. Cyp has a long half life, about 13 days as I understand. Don't waste clomid while the test is still causing suppression. Then I would take the clomid for 3 weeks as follows:

4 on the first day to get up to an effective dose quickly, then 1 a day for the next 20 days.
