22 year old PST help bros

I am 5'8 started cycle at 162 and am at 170lbs at 2nd shot of week 3. It's my 2 journey to the darkside. I have a lean physique medium to small frame but can bulk nicely(genes).

IM EATING:: 5k calories a day as follows: take 3 muscles mass shakes /day 800-1000 calories each...Wake up:: 4 eggs, bacon, either oatmeal or half bagel...then shake__ AFTERNOON:: usually tuna or chicken with potatoe or rice...then shake...then two peanut butter jellies...Monday's (Pasta dish) Friday(Big MaC) cheat day___DINNER:: Steak, talipia, something BIG and red try to pack on carbs before sleep..another shake....

I TAKE:: About 7% bf..I'm taking 500 mg test enanthate split Tues/Thurs and 200 mg of Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - (Boldabol) 200mg/ml, 10ml vial by British Dragon per week. L glutamine after workouts twice/day

IQUIRING ABOUT:: POST CYCLE TREATMENT:: Last cycle I lost a lot of gains including strenghth, weight, motivation, nuts for a lil while..ect. Please outline some suggestions. So far, ineedtogetas has helped along with DJ_UFO being more than insightful. IM THINKING: SUSTAIN for motivation, HCG @ 500ie ed followed by clomid. I NEED A MORE SPECIFIC SCHEDULE dose, ect...

At 170 pounds I would be a little careful with 5k calories per day. You just can't turn that much extra into anything usable. You can easily do 4k per day and bulk nicely. It ain't worth it to get fat.

Also, I think 200mg boldenone is a little light for anyone to run regardless of second cycle or not. That isn't to say it will be completely useless. But 200mg deka probably would give you a bigger return on investment for 200 per week and even that many people say is useless.

Too much HCG in that post cycle... 500iu's m/w/f is plenty.
 
5k? wtf dude, you will get fat in the next months you will post critque my counting cycle..

gear use is diet/training dependant
 
It's around 4-5 depending on day. It's weird I look so Lean still. I cant get fat It's veryyyy weird...I eat eat eat but when I lean over for example my belly barely has any roll to it. I play basketball 3 times a week for 3 hours so I burn a lot as well. Thanks for all the Advice on PST. A little more detail would be well apreciated.

I have::: HCG, Sustain and in the process of getting clomid.

I have not:: Used HCG before so any quick insight would be nice... I know just look at recent posts I'm a lazy FUCK...plus work doesnt allow too much time for browsing. POst & Read for me is easiar.
