I am 6'6", 260lbs. I have to be 240lbs. or less in 30 days. What is the best way to do this and still retain muscle?
 
I agree with the Keto diet. You won't have to resort to extra diuretics on that and at your size, you should be able to do it, though you will sacrifice some muscle.
