Hey lads little about me… training for 6 years. Enhanced for the last 8 months. I’ve tried many of the labs here and on evo, and need some accountability and place to post my training meals and so on

Age: 24
Height: 178cm

My current goals
I have been working with a coach for the last 5 months. Something I should have done sooner. We train once per week but that’s also my check in day with him. We’re focused on staying lean and building quality mass, as I do dream to compete.

Current cycle:
375mg test e
250mg eq
Mots-c pre workout
25mg anavar pre workout
3iu hgh pre bed

Food
Sitting on; 230g protein, 65 fat and 450g carbs

Training
Push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower, repeat

Here is my meal plan for training days
My rest days are just low carb and higher protein which I’ll show next rest days

100g Oats
50g Blueberries
30g Whey

Meal 2
120g Chicken breast
80g Sushi rice
50g Pineapple

Meal 3
120g Chicken breast
80g Sushi rice
50g Pineapple

Meal 4
1 Bagel
100g Jam
Whey Shake

Meal 5
150g Potato
150g Beef mince
50g Blueberries

been training for about 8 years. Enhanced for the last 18 months. I’ve tried many of the labs around all the different forums currently running phoenix aka @storyoftheprophet honestly people were giving him shit but honestly try it before you judge cause ive had nothing but the best results since I started using him
Anyway abit about myself

Age: 26
Height: 185cm

Currently cruising on 250mg a week

Waiting to start my next blast which will be
500mg sust250 weekly
500mg mast P weekly
50mg SLU 3 x a day
4iu hgh pre bed 5 x a week
1iu GHKCU 5 x a week

Food
250g protein,
75 fat
500g carbs

Gotta take more photos of my progress not really photogenic in hibernation still but ill upload some to get an idea not sure how these photos will upload but you can kinda see from the tatts progress amd size where I started then when I started to grow and change drastically after phoenix's help
