I know take 2 weeks off after you are two weeks on. Is there anything I can take for these next two weeks to continue burning fat? I'm around 10-11% right now but want to get lower. Diet and training are perfect. Should I do that Yohimburn Es or an eca stack? If I do the eca stack where should I buy from? Also with the eca wont that still be burning up my cns? I was under the assumption the cns needed a break?
