2 seperate shots?

this might sound stupid guys.....but is it safer to shoot deca and sus in 2 seperate shots...or one shot does all? 1 more question.......will the combo of these 2 help burn fat at all?

both ways are safe...deca and sus on monday and thursdays is fine....and yes it can help you burn fat diet is the key..clomid after the cycle....do some more research before starting a cycle
