2 questions about my workout

1) Is omegas chest workout with DB preses supersetted with flyes really enough for chest? Or is that suppose to be for 6 weeks then go back to bench?

2) When i do flyes are you supposed to feel your biceps help get the weight back up to the top position? Not too much my chest is dead after doing DB presses and flyes but my biceps were gonna go out before my chest on my last set of flyes.

no.. id be doing bb bench and inclines 1st still. what are you doing for the rest of your weekly workout
 
ok, my split is

mon-back, bis
tue-shoulders, tris
wed-off
thur-chest
fri-back, bis
sat-shoulders, tris
sun-off


cant work out legs because of a broken fibula...
 
Ok first omega's chest workout it's made two times a week , monday-thursday or tuesday-friday whatever! If done only once it's not gonna be enough!

Second read the beginning of the thread omega's chest workout and you will understand what's that all about! If you weren't doing flyes for a long time, you will feel you biceps work and at the beginning, during that particularly routine, u will feel your delts doing a great part of the job, but that's just the body adjusting itself.

So just stick firmly to the parameters of the routine and collect the reward, or you can clusterfuck it and you will be disapointed! Do it don't think about it!
