2 on 1 off /w cardio

If you were to do cardio on your day off in a 2 on 1 off schedule would it inhibit muscle growth by that much? any opinions?
 
It depends on the type of cardio and your diet also......what are your goals?? It doesn't HAVE to inhibit gains, I wouldn't recommend middle distance runs or anything like that, but things like HIIT and swimming for example work better with a weight training routine than long, slow, pound on the joints type stuff.
