b-12 = increased appitite, energy, boast to the imune system, skin health ect.

Dude I'm a huge beleiver in vitamin-c, I read all of Linus Pauling's books on the subject. But 10 grams might be pushing it a tad bit. Especially if your using sodium ascorbate, the most common form, as that will be giving you much more sodium than you really need. I personally use 2 grams of calcium ascobate per day. Also there are a few papers which suggest mega doses of ascorbate may induce ascorbate kidney stones, but the science behind many the studies is slightly biased IMO. YMMV but I feel 10 grams is pushing it. Also don't forget Vit-E for its antioxidant and cardiovascular protecting properties.
