2 General Questions...

From tomorrow on im starting my new diet and a new training program. I went to the chemist/pharmacy, depending on your part of the world, and got myself some whey protein and some fish oil capsules. After some research I discovered that its quite common to take whey protein and creatine in the same day, even mixed together. Now, the guy in the chemist told me not to take creatine and why in the same day. he gave me some sample sachets of creatine to take home.

So I have two questions ..
1. Why does it seem totally normal for bodybulders to mix creatine and whey whenever the doctor type guy told me not to and will I be okay if I do?
2. I feel i'll be missing out if I dont take some vitamins each day too. Should I be taking them? If so which from this page should I take? Although im worried about missing out on something here I have seen on tv that they dont really help you at all! Though that was a while ago now.

Thanks for all your help :D

Hey bro, I have no clue what that chemist / pharmacist was basing his advice on regarding not taking protein and creatine the same day.. I personally, and many others do this and have done this for years...

Also, as far as your vitamin questions is concerned, a lot of people take a multi-vitamin. It's benefits aren't going to be as easy for you to realize as say the benefits of creatine, but certainly a good investment. From that list, I personally like the Animal Pack, but there are other vitamins you can take for a bit cheaper that are just as good....

Good luck to ya....

Im wondering if maybe he was talking about taking the creatine I have here with the Whey that I bought? But they are the same brand, Dymatize.

Like I said I only have sample packets of creatine and will need to get more if im to use it.. any recommendations on which to get?

Thnx for the advice!
