2 Days On, 1 Day Off Split

For the past 4 months i've been doing a modified dc program: lower body; rest ; upper body; rest and its been working great.

I just wanted to know if anyone has had any success by upping the training frequency to 2 days training in a row and then one day of rest. I'd like to switch to more training days per week, but im kinda concerned about overtraining my back since i'm basically doing deads or rack deads every other upper body workout.

I know it depends on my own recovery abilities but i just wanted to know if anyone else has made the switch.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well if its been working "great", why change ???

If it aint broke. . .don't fix it.

I have tried it in the past, but I didn't feel like I recovered sufficiently.

Sounds like you have great success already, so stick with it.
