i would say to go for it ... the ingredients loook like they would be helpful with the extra carbs....and deff not harmfull.. if you are worried about the carbs.. have you looked into ala?

ala is actually an anitoxident, but when taken at high doses before a carb meal it keeps you in ketosis . do a search and read up on it.. there is a ton of info about it here and i really cant explain it too well.... it really has worked for me and i think i feel a diff in muscle hardness...

as for these pills i havnt used these pills but i have used some of the supps in the pills...
