i would appreciate if you guys can could give me some advice on my first cycle. I'm 29, training on and off for 8 years, but the last 2 strong. I weigh in at 190lbs at 17% bf. Diet and weight regimen are good as i have both a dietician and a trainer for a few months now. Protein(250g e.d.),creatine,glutamine and so on.... I want to strart out with a var only cycle (British Dragon 5mg). Now ive seen average dosages on this forum over the past few years to be from 25 to 40mg e.d., but do those dosages pertain to first timers? I was thinking of testing how anabolic my virgin receptors are with 8 weeks at 15mg e.d.
Please tell my if and why i should up the dose?
