Well im on the first week of my CKD. Tomorrow is my first carbup (i made it so my carbup would be on wed-thurs cuz tomorrow is my birthday and im going out to a nice dinner, italian. So far i have had great results. Im going ot weigh myself tomorrow. I definately already look a feel alot better. I ate pretty clean before this diet but im prone to gain/lose weight very easily. I would say im about 20 percent bf ATM. Im supplementing with creatine and i was thinking about glutamine too. It has an anticatabolic effect but i wasn't sure. Right now my diet is pretty boring, peanut butter tuna hotdogs chicken and burgers...... I drink only water (i was wondering if anything else would be allowed) I did intake some carbs a few days (minimal only a litle bit of catsup and a little bbq sauce, not on same day) i havent bought ketosis testing strips but if im not in ketosis then ill never be. I am not taking ALA on carbup days and i was just wondering if i should be. Please tell me the benefits to it and if you recommend it then give me a url to buy some from. For an ECA stack i dont think i wanna go on one but i can if its STRONGLY recommended. i heard bad stuff about ephedrine but maybe its just talk? Im relying on you to show me the way so guide me!
