completed a week of ckd and just had my carbup yesterday. On saturday I checked my bf on tantia...I weighed less, but bf% was the same. Was it meant to change or how long does it take for it to drop?
My carbup day wasnt ideal...but i didnt go crazy on the junk..
m1 11/4 cup cereal with whey
m2 frappecino and tuna salad
m3 lo-fat muffin and lo-fat soy milk
m4 1/2 low-fat muffin + couple spoons low-fat icecream
m5 prawn and vegie stirfry and frappecino
took 100mg before each meal
shouldnt have had that last frappecino - had a terrible sleepless night...
i was out all day..so hopefully i can control it more next time
