1st week of ckd...no changes?!

completed a week of ckd and just had my carbup yesterday. On saturday I checked my bf on tantia...I weighed less, but bf% was the same. Was it meant to change or how long does it take for it to drop?

My carbup day wasnt ideal...but i didnt go crazy on the junk..

m1 11/4 cup cereal with whey
m2 frappecino and tuna salad
m3 lo-fat muffin and lo-fat soy milk
m4 1/2 low-fat muffin + couple spoons low-fat icecream
m5 prawn and vegie stirfry and frappecino

took 100mg before each meal

shouldnt have had that last frappecino - had a terrible sleepless night...

i was out all day..so hopefully i can control it more next time
 
The scales are mostly off, and don't work properly 50% of the time when used on a CKD. I just don't believe a machine can be accurate all the time, as it's not.

Lower the calories and take out the skin from the chicken as I mentioned, and I think next week you should start seeing more and more progress. Don't worry, 1 week of any diet is not ground zero to address the whole bodyfat loss issue.

I was noticing however that my abs were more visible and I generally felt less bloated - which was great.

That's probably attributed to water loss....

Email me your diet for next week and I'll go over it one more time, I think we should lower your calories to about 1100. which would be around weight x 11 for you. Dropping some calories here and there or losing a meal.
