1st Timer Advice Request

Greetings all. I'm looking to get back in shape and I'd be grateful for advice regarding the most effective stack(s) for someone with my profile and goals. I turned 42 last month and 5'11" and currently tip the scales at around 205-207 lbs. I'm more interested in building hard, lean muscle mass and losing fat than in getting huge. In the past I've used product like androstenedione, norandrostenedione, etc. but I'm a newbie when it comes to using gear-proper. Of course pursuant to my goals I'll be going on a diet consisting of limited carbs and high protein (lean cuts of beef and chicken) and figure I'll lift 3-4 days a week and do cardio on my off days. I've read a bit about HGH/IGF-1, Test, Tren, Anavar, Clen and DNP, although opinions seem to indicate the later has an unfavorable risk:reward profile. Anyhow, any suggestions from seasoned vets re: what to use, how much, how often, how to stack, etc. would be greatly appreciated!
 
Whats ur training history and do u have an idea of ur current body fat % ?

Well, if your goal is to put on lean gains and this would be your first cycle, id run a test only, or a test/var cycle. Stay away from tren and dnp until you know more about what your doing. Also, dont get involved with deca either as its gonna put alot of water on your body, which gives you a bloated look. Make sure you do proper research on pct and ancillary products for on cycle support. Do this research and then come back to us and we'll help you out.
