1st time post/Need Help/AF Store/AG-Guys

What’s up guys and gals? I have been lurking this board off and on for a while. I decided to go ahead and register. Let me give you a little background of myself. I have been working out off and on for 7years from the age of 23-30. During this stretch of 7 years I have done 5 cycles, which included test eth, dbol, eq, and deca. I have had 3 surgeries for gyno which by the way was naturally occurring gyno. So to say that I am prone to gyno is putting it mild. My best physical stats were 5’10” 215lbs 10%bf. That all went downhill when I turned 30 that is when the rigors of life, family, and career took a strong hold on me. I am now 35 and have not been back in the gym in about 2 years.(Lazy Fatass!!) My current stat: 5’10” 247lbs 20-25%bf possibly higher. I am now back motivated to get my lazy fatass back in the gym. It has been awhile for me things have changed from then to now. My current goals are to get to about 225 and/or 15% bf within the next 3 months this without AAS. Once I reach that goal then I will take a look at my options for a 12 week cycle which will include Test eth,dbol,eq and possibly some HGH. I have already order my ancillary meds from the AG-Guys. My overall goal is to get to about 215-220 range with single digit bf%. My current diet consists of protein shakes, egg whites, tuna, chicken breast, turkey, yams and salad, nuts as well as multi vit. Zinc, vitamin c. BCAAs. I would like to add some fatburners in the mix as well to kick start me. Ulter and Macro which stack would you recommend for burning fat? I would love to add some HGH in there but not sure if it would do any good without using AAS. Should I wait on the HGH and try to get some to go with my cycle in January? Or should I go ahead and get on a cutting cycle from the start using test, eq, and winny and possibly clen? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

My work out routine:
Mon- Chest
Tues – Back & Shoulders
Wed – Arms
Thur – Legs
Fri – Repeat the above cycle


Cardio 45 mins on treadmill m-fri
 
Hey Man,

I like your diet, training split, history and goals. The idea of running some thermo's (Thermorexen and Levorex will be Ulter/Marco's answer probably and I agree) makes sence in my head. Your base cycle of Test eth,dbol,eq is good combo IMO (assuming you aren't running the dbol for 12 weeks and running it for 204 weeks @ the beginning of your cycle....)

As for fat burners, I had GREAT results running clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for an 8 week duration. On the off weeks I took Thermorexen and I ran Levorex the entire time. Got down to 9.6% at 218... (I'm 6'4)

My question is why the push for growth? From what I know about hgh, 12 weeks would be a waste of time (and $$)

What was your weight at the start of the 8 weeks?

My reason for wanting to run the growth is for the fatburning possibilities. What would you suggest the length of time should be if I decide to use it?

Well, first off, congrats on getting things going again. It takes a lot of drive to ride the monster once you've been off awhile.
You training split needs to be changed. You are hitting you delts three days in a row. Try this instead.
Mon: Chest, Bi, Tri
Tues: Hams, Quad, Calves
Wed: Off...cardio, abbs
Thurs: Back, Delts
Fri: Off...cardio abs
Sat: day 1

I'm using it now with a lot of success. If you want more help on your diet, post it up in its entirety.
Maybe get some Clen from AG-Guys. Good stuff bro!

I would use the full AF Store stack if you're going to try to get that lean that fast.

When you get leaner add the Yohimburn ES. Although Ronnie Coleman starts 16 weeks out from the O. But he uses a bottle a week and you may not want to spend that much.

If you're going to eat carbs then use Glucorell R before you do.

Don't go at the gh with the goal of fatburning. Gh is great, but get where you want without it first, then it's just a nice kick. Plan on running it for a long time, (6 mo min) or it's a waste.

The AF Store stuff is great. I personally only use them for a boost when I need it. I know many people who have used it to cut and been very happy. Good luck!

My weight fluctuates very little during cycles... the reason is that I diet fairly hard. I went from 214 to about 222-225 but dropped my fat from 16%-9.6%.

In terms of length for growth... I don't know to be honest, I have read guys running it 6+ months at at time, but I will bump this for someone who has used it, as where I have not.

Clen is one of those things where you have to test your tolerance. I started @ 20mcg 2x/day and went up to 160mcg/ split into 4/40mcg doses. I couldn't take much more then that - I was sweating like hell, fidgity and had a headache by late afternoon. I did adjust quickly to it and was able to run the 160 for a few days before cycling down... I tapered when I came off.

I would say, start with 40mcg, and increase it 20-40mcg a day until you get to the 140-160 range - see what your tolerance is for it. You may even be able to go higher.
