I usualy go pretty slow and ease it in. After your first shot you'll wonder what the big deal is, trust me.

Bro, I just did my first shot today and it went fine. 23 gauge in the quad, fuck I didn't feel a thing. I'll tell you this too, I am the biggest pussy in the world when it comes to needles. Once you break the skin you're gold, just push slow untill It's all the way in.

Well guys,
I have got some great news and some horrible news. The great news is I am now part of the injection club. The horrible news is I had to get my wife to give me the shot ( quit laughing). I spent 8 hours in the bathroom trying to pump my self up enough to do it but my hand could not over-power my mind and stab me on purpose. So now my wife is the apposed shot giver. As long as I stay married I should be A-OK. Later and thanks for the help
