1st time for Deca need Help

is it ok to use 100 mgs, 4 different times a week , to equal out to my 400 a week cycle? i have been using 200 on sunday then 100 on tues and 100 on thurs. is this ok?

That is ok bro, but I dont really see the need of an extra injection when you dont have too, I would personally do 200mgs on Monday and 200mgs on thursday as deca will be easy to keep constant blood levels with.

i read someting about 5 days and then it drops down. i saw this chart. dont remember where

No need to take more injections than needed. Deca remains active in your system for up to 2 wks. Why take so many shots?

i guess i just think im gettin or keeping my levels high. the shots dont bother me

Could you just take the deca once a week. I have some that is 300mg/ml and I was wondering if i even need to inject twice a week.

You could wouldn't make a big difference; But personally i prefer splitting it up as it has been posted it keeps the blood levels more stable

Plus I wouldn't run the Deca without Test; You don't wanna get "deca dick"
