Well here is my situation. I have done 4 bulking cycles in the last 4 years. I am 5'9, 255, 18%BF. I have always been a powerlifter and never considered BB. My joints are taking a toll and the competitive fire still burns. I would like to cut and try a BB show. The show is not until next year so I have plenty of time. I would like to start slow and try to get down to 8% BF by June. I have the diet and the cardio down but I would like help to critque my cutting cycle. Losing strength doesn't phase me but I would like to keep as much size as possible. Suggestions most greatly appreciated.
Primo 400 once a week Weeks 1-8
Arimidex .5 EOD Weeks 1-8
Whinny 25 ED Weeks 4-10
Clomid Weeks 11-13
Clen 4 a day for two days on two days off for Weeks 11-15
Diet:
2500 Kcal
60% CHO
35% Pro
15% Fat
Cardio:
2 x day for 45Min....5 days a week
Lift ED for 45-1 Hr
So how does it look? Any changes? Any modifications?
