I am 26 5' 11' 173 11% BF been lifting 6years but 3 consistantly.. I went from 145 3 years ago to 178 then I got acl surgery on my leg in march and went down to 165 now at 173...
here it is... dbol, test E, deca
dbol 1-5 40 mg per day dbol week 13-15 30mg day tapering off
test E 1-12 500mg per wk maybe up the dose a bit 6 700 mg in the mid wk's cause I may have a bit extra test
deca 1-10 200mg per week
nolva on hand in case any signs
nolva week 15-19 n o explode and cee supps to help keep gains..wk 15-23
I just wanted the deca to help with minor shoulder and elbow joint issues
look good? I would like to put on and keep 15 lbs, think I can do it?
should I mix the test with the deca n shoot 100mg deca n 250 test 2 times per week? what size pins? I hate needles but say f it ne way.. I plan to shoot shoulders n legs... any other advice or should I take anything for BP or anything else?
