Hello all,
1st post...well sort of. I was a veteran to anabolicmass.com, but I think it went down. So I decided to go plat here.
I know this is liley covered in one of the may sticky's and if so please for give me and pont me to the right one. I recently lost a good friend who helped me with all of my supplementing needs. I am not asking for a source by anymeans, but just asking what the best way to go about it are.
Any help will be greatly apprecited. Thank you in advance guys.
