1st cycle

OK, I have figured out my 1st cycle. I'm 6'5" 210 6% bf 24yrs old.

Goals: I'm an athlete so I want size and stregth. I want at least 15 pound of lean muscle, the rest is a bonus. I'm not really intersted in look super ripped I really just want the size and strength. My training and diet are all in check.

Test eth 500mg 8 weeks (not sure if I should go 10)

Clomid or nolva for post cycle, I think I want to avoid clomid because of the bad things I hear about it but I'll take it if its all I can get.

What I'm not sure about is the amount I have to get ie. how many bottles.. Also what brands to aim for and how much I should be paying so I know I'm not getting scammed. CAn someone help me on the board or do I need ot email someone about what I need to know.
 
add eq or deca. Winny would be a good choice as well 8 weeks is good for first time. What bad things have you heard about clomid? I have used it often and never had a problem.
 
You will have no prob gaining 15lbs if it is your first cycle!!! Just do it bro you will need 2 bottles of test because most are 10ml bottles and you will need 2cc's a week. If I were you I would just keep some nolvadex on hand incase your tits get sore or something like that. Other than that just do the cycle and eat good after. I think you will be fine without clomid or anything.

i see no need for that...a dosage of 500mg a week is plenty IMO...yeah, you'll probably need two bottles, or twenty amps(for ten weeks)
 
The cycle looks good. As for clomid, I am one of the people that whines about clomid sides. Yes, it makes me REALLY sad/emotional and ruins my motivation but I think I am in the minority. Most people just dont see these kinds of sides, at least not as intense and even for me it's job well. That is, a recovery with just nolva is much slower than a recovery with clomid/nolva.
 
500 mg/wk of test is just fine, may want to start it with 15-20mg dbol for 4 weeks. my first cycle was just 250mg/wk for 8 weeks, put on 17lbs, lost all of it cuz i was smart about PCT. never make that mistake again...hope this helps
 
use the dbol as a jump start, i start week 5 on wed, i have gained now weight at all until thurs week 4, since then i put on 4 lbs ( i am also having to reload on groceries every 2 days rather than once a week now). it also depends on how mnay mg there are per ml. i know in my t-200 its 200 miligrams per milileter, right now at 600mg a week i am a little disapointed, maybe it because i switched to a bad routine begining of ym cycle, but starting tomrrow new routine and probably bumping to 800 mg a week, but i think my gear might be a tad watered down :(
 
i think at such a low bf, ud be mad having dbol water covering up ur gains...if anything, front load the test

I'd add D-bol for 4-5 weeks and stack the test with Deca or EQ as well. Deca has become considered a bastard steroid by some, but I like it. Clomid gets bad press as well, yet beyond the visuals, I have had no problems with it. Get an anti-e as well. I'd go 10 weeks personally.
 
Deca is the bomb and so is eq. A good first cycle should include some deca and or eq split 4 weeks of each along with test. But test by itself is not bad, but get the most out of the cycle on your first shot.
