I was needing dsome advice on my first cycle. I am 27yrs old 5'10 and 205lbs. I have been working out most my life I got out of the Marine corps a couple years ago and got lazy and lost some muscle and put on some fat around the stomach (not to much). I started working out again about 5 months ago. Its amazing how much and fast you can grow just from laying off for awhile (being lazy).
Can anyone recommend a good safe cycle? I don't want to put on any excess fat but would like to add good hard muscle. If at all possible I would like to do as few shots per week as possible.
