1st Cycle

I was needing dsome advice on my first cycle. I am 27yrs old 5'10 and 205lbs. I have been working out most my life I got out of the Marine corps a couple years ago and got lazy and lost some muscle and put on some fat around the stomach (not to much). I started working out again about 5 months ago. Its amazing how much and fast you can grow just from laying off for awhile (being lazy).
Can anyone recommend a good safe cycle? I don't want to put on any excess fat but would like to add good hard muscle. If at all possible I would like to do as few shots per week as possible.

eq/deca for 10-12 weeks at 300-400mgs test if 250mgs a cc take about 500-750mgs for 8-10 weeks if 100-200gms a shot take 400-600mgs......anavar for 6 weeks at 30-40mgs if not anavar take d-bol at 30mgs 4-6 weeks...some primo at the last couple weeks is good at 300-400mgs
 
First cycle, uh?
Well you can go with a test (sust, enanthate,or cyp.) and stack with EQ. Now if injections are a real fear, you can go with an oral like anavar and/or winny, instead of the EQ. The anavar is costly, but trust me, you'll love it!
 
The advice by Ultragainz is solid, he's posted some good first timer dosages. Some EQ and Test w/ Primo at the end is a good one!
