1st cycle

I am quite finishing my first cycle (2 weeks left, 10 wks in total) and I only got 3 kgs.
I must say I am quite disappointed.
What I did wrong ?
I am 176 cm tall and 82,5 kg (now).
Eat 6 times a day (3 main meals + 3 more) and I train 3 times a week with a personal coach.
Before this cycle I tried 2 pro hormones cycles.

any advice ???
 
3 kilos in 10 weeks is not bad. You have to take into consideration of what steroids you were stacking. You are running a moderate dose of both Test and EQ. A stack like that is not going to blow you up. I know for me, EQ is a great steroid to recomp with. The gains are slow and steady, but dry.. and you should really run it an extended amount of time, (16-20 weeeks) to reap the full benefits of it. In that time, it can really transform your body. It's one of those steroids where you should judge your results based on the mirror and not the scale.

Also, your gains and results are going to be dependent on your diet. If you want to grow, you need to eat. Not sure exactly what your diet looks like, but 3 meals + 3 more, I'm assuming snacks.. is not going to cut it if you want to grow. At least not with Test and EQ anyways.

If I were you, and wanted more results, I would extend your cycle to 16 weeks, bump your EQ dosage to at least 600mg/week.. and then greatly increase your protein and over all caloric consumption by adding more solid meals to your diet.

Your cycle looks great - the compounds, the dosages, etc. Therefore, you either got poor quality gear, or you really need to review your diet. These are the two major factors that I see as possible reasons for your relatively poor results. And I say relatively, because 3 kg is not bad either, especially if you also lost some fat. In such case the gains are greater, since you need to substract the fat loss, and add it to the muscle gains.

You need to work on your PCT - it is very weak, and you will have a hard time keeping those gains and recovering with such a simple PCT. Follow the perfect PCT protocol as suggested by @muskate if you want to keep more of your gains, and have an easier time recovering. After all, you should never cut corners on PCT.

Thats the very first thing that popped into my mind to be honest.

As for the gains - well, they are not too good, maybe the gear was bad, or your diet was just not enough food
 
Assuming you did not gain fat I think your results are not bad at all. If you ran wet compounds such as dbol and deca, I would expect a higher weight gain. With test and EQ, the water retention should be very low especially with your AI dose. Get the PCT fixed up bit as suggested and you will be good to go for recovery. I suspect your gear was probably underdosed as well.
