um i do a hlaf hour of cardio in the morning 1st thing empty stomach...
eat 5-6 small protien meals tuna, chicken that sorta thing. good diet pretty strict
been lifting for like 5 years.. age 24 200 lbs 10%bf
um would i need all the pct or just one of the types?
