1st cycle thinking d-bol&test?

30yrs old

-Lifting since high school
-Certified Trainer
-5'9 183lbs bf% 11 approx.
-decent genes i guess, my dad placed in some bb shows in the 70's
-diet is average i do the 5-6 meals things just not always the best choices. but i'm disciplined when i'm trying to achieve something specific. i know for me i need to up my calorice intake probably, i don't have specific numbers but i know i eat enough to stay the same so i plan to up my intake. any suggestions for carbs,pro,fat intake numbers while on this stuff.

goal-if you lose some of what you gain, then i would like to maintain 195-200 at least 190 and just shave off some stubborn fat i got on the lower abdomen. whatever advice you give don't hold back i've done all the little otc supplements creatine-prohormones-whatever! i'm not one of these don't wanna get too big guys. i just say 195-200 because i'm being realistic for right now but if and when i get there i'll probably want more. i'm a football strength coach and look like a defensive back, i would prefer to look a little more running back-ish.

i think i want to stack d-bol and a test for 8-10 weeks, just don't know what doses i should use. i looked at the recommended doses for each but looking for suggestions for what would be good for me. also when and how much clomid should i use after? if someone had a better proposed stack please tell me.

if i said something stupid in the above then sorry, i'm a newbie. i read some posts and i read the newbie read first post and i'm trying to do this thing right. so i'm hear to learn and hopefully someday be able to contribute.

almost everyone is going to say something these lines..

250-500mg test E 1-10
20-35mg dbol 1-4
or
500mg test e 1-10


personally im on 500mg test e and im running 45mg dbol, but i have a high tolerance to any type of oral.. pain meds, X, and apparently dbol..

im up about 20 lbs in 3 1/2 wks

id say stick to 500 test e, E3D(every 3 days)
25-30mg dbol ED spread out in doses every 4-5 hours
if the headaches get bad or shin pumps get unbareable then lower the dbol

id also suggest ordering some AIFM, im usin 4 sprays a day and its keepin me pretty dry and no signs of gyno.. and it smells great :qt:
if not aifm then have some kind of AI like letro/aromasin on hand in case estreous sides become and issue
also.. a SERM is a good idea

have your pct lined out before you start..

clomid/aifm/hcg.. DO NOT START WITHOUT HAVING IT ON HAND

a good pct basically determines a good cycle-- from 10 wks of insane mass followed by 30lbs goin down the shitter.. and goin through depression waiting to cycle back on to get all of your 30 lbs you just lost from your first cycle

there are alot of helpful bros on this forum just have everything you need on hand before you start and be open to suggestions.. good luck
 
First cycle,

Skip the D-bol


Test and Deca

or


Test and Primo


Anti-e’s

AIFM & Nolvadex, Liquidex

PCT
Aifm, Nolvadex and HCG


If you want to go crazy add Clomid, it will drive you crazy.


Don’t do D-BOL on your first cycle, You will not keep the gains, even though you are a trainer, and you will get better lasting results from Deca or Primo.

Oh yeah, less toxic to you young organs too, if you like Mr. Liver staying at home in your body. I like my liver where ever he is in my body.
 
Most guys will say to run 400 mgs/wk of test only. If you wanna front load w/ dbol you can-just expect to get the obvious thick skinned chubby cheeked 1st time juicer look. Just hope your gains are as obvious as your side effects. I prefer hcg for pct-but I've never tried AIFM. If you take Clomid you'll be watching the movie The Notebook and crying like a bitch-and you'll like it!
 
Thanks guys for answering my first post!! if anyone else has info then keep postin' for me. I'm like a sponge man tryin' to soak up as much knowledge as possible!
