Ok, so I've been working out for 6 years, I'm 36 yrs old 197lbs. I have plateaued a long time ago it seems and have been discouraged lately getting definition in my pecs (sides). I have 10ml of Cyp and want to go low 250 wk. I know you're going to say that's not enough however I'm not looking for HUGE gains and I have high LDL already and am going bald (I'm on propecia). Any advice about PCT would be much appreciated. Thanks guys
