1st Cycle Queries regarding dosage & types

Please help me .

I train 4 times per day and in a combat sport and need to cycle to support recovery .
This is my first cycle and was advised that a masteron enantate and test combo would be ideal as i need to stay in a weight class .
Could somebody please tell me whether this is an appropriate stack to aid recovery and facilitate intense training?
I would like to cycle for 12-16 weeks depending on advice .
And possible advice on dosage so as not to gain too much bulk .
I was advised to take between 150-200 mg of masteron along with tet enan /cyp at 200-250 mg ?
I wanted to ask here to get feedback from the professionals .

you need to post your stats before any advice is given... age/height/weight/body fat
 
thanks man sorry i was unaware - Age:24 , Height : 6"1 ,Weight 185 pounds , Bf : 12% .. thank you so much for the help i will update my profile with this information also.


its all good bro...

so to really get all the benefits of masteron, you should be under 10% body fat... its a muscle polisher and your body fat needs to be low to get the full effect...

what is your main goal here... strength and some lean size? can you put on any weight or whats the situation?

my main goal is to fuel muscle recovery and gain strength - my body fat is getting lower will be under ten soon enough as i compete at 176 pounds we weigh in on the day ,,
so i suppose i dont want to gain any weight - maybe trade some muscle for fat but no big bulk ,,
i train on average 20 times a week one rest day on a sunday - weight trainig comprises for only 3 of these sessions -

so for recovery and possible strength gain - and ive read masteron helps with overtraining via helping the central nervous system.
Although i would run it alone - i read it shuts you down so i need to add some test to the cycle?
whats your view on this and on dosage ?

im happy to help bro... when your trying to make weight for fights etc... then test cycles are probably not your best option because its inevitable your going to put on some size... you need to keep that in mind... personally, i think halo is perfect for guys that are getting ready for fights... have you ever read about it? look up halotestin and see what you think... pure aggression and strength...

i see man but to be honest it sounds like its a really strong androgen that will cause mad virilization .. plus its heavy on the liver..i will read more on it thanks .

Whats ur opinion on the masteron side of things and wouldnt i need some test with it?

i love masteron bro... you definitely need test with it... i can make you up a cycle of it if you like... your going to need to run test e or cyp since its your first cycle... prop would cause much less bloat but the pinning will be very painful for you...

if the doses are on the low side and my diet is superclean could i maybe just gain around two kilos or so while leaning out a bit considering i train alot - and maybe cut down to two weight sessions a week?
is it possible to do a 16 week cycle or is 12 the max?

test e won't be too bad for you but test prop definitely will... prop is nice because it will bloat you the least so its really nice on a cut cycle but if your taking an AI with the other esters (which you should be) it will help minimize bloating...

bro, there's no point to run test 16 weeks for a first cycle... especially since your not trying to add very much size... if you are really concerned about adding weight, you can also add anavar on the back end of the cycle but you don't want to run too many different compounds on a first cycle... since this is your first cycle we will keep the dosage a bit more modest as opposed to a more experienced user... both esters of test and mast will be enanthate so you will only have to pin twice a week... if you were taking test prop it would be every other day and since you haven't pinned, its not a good idea...

1-12 test e 350 mg wk
1-12 mast e 400 mg wk
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
7-14 hcgenerate

pct
15-18 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
15-18 unleashed/post cycle combo
