1st cycle please help

this is my 1st cycle
im doing qv eq and winstrol
i have 25 winny amps and 1 10 cc bottle of qv eq which is 200mgs per ml
how should i cycle this and also how should i do clomid at the end..
please responmd back cause i posted some posts with no respnses but im going to start this next mon so i wanna have all the info down..
also an i shoot the eq in my ass? please respond guys thanks

first off... post this in the correct forum. Second off... you are asking if you can put EQ in your ass? If you are newbie enough to ask that question, I really think you need to do a lot more research before you turn to AAS. =/
