1st cycle, OX powder, starting Monday

Well here we go. I am starting my 1st cycle on Monday. I am running 50mg/ED for 10 weeks of pure OX powder a day. 1st off, I have had many people say take it in 1 dose for less chances of shutting down and others say take 2 doses of 25mg for better absorption. I think at this dose I am shutting down regardless. What do you think. I will also be taking 20g of creatine a day. I also want to add glutamine. What would be a good dose. Also, high protein, low fat, low to medium carb diet, and a good dose of xenadrine daily with 20min. cardio daily.

I hope to take some pre cycle pics and post. I am 5'11 around 230. Alot of flab to lose. I have a good base of muscle though. Anything else anyone wants to add??

anavar is the safest drug you can take, sides are nill if any. why are you taking it alone, where's the sus and deca. split the anavar into at least two doses to maintain blood levels. good luck, cause if your not a girl i don't think your going to get much anavar alone
 
If you're just using the ox to maintain muscle mass while dieting you could get away with 30mg/day.

20 min. cardio isn't going to do jack shit but deplete muscle glycogen. Try 45 min or 60 min if you're serious about losing fat.

Also, because part of ox's fat-burning mechanism is the increase of free thyroid hormone(s) you might want to maximize that by not cutting your carbs too much, but instead eat low-glycemic carbs.

Spread the dosage out as much as possible. I'd say twice a day is a minimum and 3x/day even better. And take some about 1.5 - 2 hours before your workout for a nice boost!

Ox seems to work better on longer cycles so I'd take it for 10-12 weeks. (I'd love to do another ox cycle and just keep taking it until the strength gains plateau...no idea how long that would be.)
