Noobie here: I have been thinking about doing a cycle for a long time, but only seriously considering it recently. I have been doing a hell of a lot of research (reading boards / steroid profiles ect.) as I am trying to make an informed descision. Here are my stats:
Age: 26
Height: 6'3"
Wt: 230
Bodyfat %: not known exactly, am waiting for official measurement when I can get seen by trainer, i would estimate it to be 17-19% range.
Lifting history: Off and on for 4-5 years (during college, just depended on classes and schedule) btu now on a consistant schedule
Goal: Gain lean muscle while trying to bring down bodyfat %, and as far as cycle goes something that will work but also will be a good simple 1 cycle
Diet: Typical diet - eat smaller more frequent meals, lots of protein, low carbs, ect.
Whats your thoughts on these?
I've seen alot of 1st cycle opinions (opinions are like assholes everyone has them) vary alot, but have seen alot of recommendation for just running a test-e with pct by itself for a 1st time cycle. What do you think of this one, considering my goals? should anything else be added?
Also
I received a recommendation for a Anadrol TC, Primbolan, Nolva cycle, stating this cycle will add alot of lean muscle while reducing bodyfat to get the lean look. Here is what i was told:
Anadrol TC : 40 mg for beginning 30 days
Primbolan : 1cc 6 weeks
Nolva: pct and possibly during
Like I said this is not my invention but was recommended to me (if you want to say how much this sucks I will relay the message to the origin, but don't call me the stupid one), I just wanted to get your thoughts on the legitity of this one, expecially being used for a 1st cycle.
I would appreciate any and all opinions!
