1st Cycle log: Advice, thoughts would be appreciated

10-11% Body Fat

I've been lifting for 6 years. The last two years have been doing Crossfit & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. No newbie but far from a vet. I've seen steady gains every year except this one. Crossfit is HIIT with a lot of heavy olympic compound lifts. I've realized my most impressive gains with this method, but recently hit a wall.

Diet is Zone (modified). If you're familiar with that diet it's pretty clean. It's allowed me to get down to 7% body fat in the past without losing too much of my gains. Don't drink, and i'm disciplined when it comes to the diet. Plan to up my calorie intake to 3K or 3.5K during cycle.
200-250g protein
500g Carbs


Cycle
Weeks 1-10 Axio Sustaplex 325 500mg split in two pins (Monday and Thursday)
Weeks 1-10 Proviron (Axio) 40mg daily split in two pills one in the morning one at night

PCT
Weeks 12-15 HCG 1500iu's a week (split into 3 pins. M, W, F)
Weeks 12-15 Nova 40mg daily, then taper to 20mg weeks 16 & 17.

My concerns:
-Should I still have Adex on hand? Can I get away with Nolva during cycle if sides appear?
-I have Minoxidil 5% on hand. Is that enough?
-PCT protoc0l look good? Should I include Clomid?
-Should I cut out all other cardio activity (jiu jitsu etc)?
-Currently lifting 6 a wk, cut down to 5, 4?
